About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can grow with us, not just fill a role. Your journey starts as a Content & Production Lead, working closely with our small, dedicated team. This is a dynamic position where you’ll help shape our media production and creative strategy, eventually managing and expanding this department as we grow.
To start, your focus will be:
Podcast Production:
Filming, producing, editing, and managing weekly podcast episodes. You’ll also create short-form clips for social media, helping us spread our message and become thought leaders in the Bitcoin space.
Content Creation:
Capturing behind-the-scenes moments, brainstorming innovative ideas, and helping us document our entrepreneurial journey.
This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’ll be an integral part of our mission, sharing in the excitement of building a brand that stands for authenticity, freedom, and growth
Requirements
Skills & Expertise: (can be learned --- we care more about Mindset and Team Fit)
Experience in content creation, video production, podcast editing, and social media.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (or similar).
An eye for capturing impactful and authentic moments on camera.
